Kelly O'Rourke Johns - Chair
Kelly is the Founding Director of the Foundation for Early Childhood Family Services. She created this non-profit organization dedicated to engaging civic awareness of ECFS and its programs and co-chaired its Advisory Council. Kelly also held the position of Director of Creative Services for Kalmbach Publishing and was Publications Manager for Lester Knight & Associates. She is currently a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors and a volunteer at the St. Paul Children's Hospital, epilepsy ward.

Karen Kitchel, President
Board Member since 1997, she is currently the full-time President of Cheerful Givers. Karen has 26 years of management experience at BI, a business improvement company and recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Karen held the position of Director of the Travel Management, Communications and Gift Departments, where she managed budgets and staff. She also launched and managed a new corporate university, facilitated leadership training, established a mentoring program and led BI’s community support team. She is currently a mentor in the Kids N’ Kinship program, on the Advisory Board of the Eagan Magazine and co-leads the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Social Leaders Action Network of Dakota County.

Mike Witzany – Treasurer
Mike is a self-employed management consultant with 15 years of finance, accounting and human resources experience with small to medium sized organizations, including several nonprofit organizations. His volunteer experience includes preparing income tax returns for low-income families and teaching English as a Second Language to US immigrants. Mike has a BS in Business from the Carlson School of Management and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Vicki Kline-Flores – Board Member
Vicki is an Advanced Customer Service Rep at Ecolab, Inc. headquarters in Saint Paul. She is a single parent with a broad background in volunteerism which includes being a Girl Scout leader and volunteer for the TEC, RCIA, Winter Carnival, Grand Excursion and various church groups. She also leads the Ecolab, Inc. corporate Cheerful Givers team.

Mykl Roventine – Board Member
Mykl is the Senior Interactive Designer for Ciceron in Minneapolis. He's been designing (both for the web and print) for almost two decades. He also spent several years in nonprofit arts management. He has an M.A. in Arts Administration from Saint Mary's University and an A.A.S. in E-Commerce Design from Globe College.

Mike Bollinger – Board Member
Mike is CEO and Founder of Livefront, a firm specializing in web design, development and project management. He is also a member of the BizLounge Network, a musician for various church groups, and a mentor for the MicroMentor program where he works with traditionally underserved entrepreneurs to help them run their businesses.

Sarah Carlson-Wallrath – Board Member
Sarah is a licensed Attorney in the State of Minnesota and currently works for the Minnesota House of Representatives. She is a Graduate Research Fellow, Woman’s National Democratic Club, has held internships with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and the American Heart Association. Sarah is a member of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, Minnesota Women Lawyer’s Association, State of Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
